Big Sky Homes is a construction company based out of Stevensville Montana and was founded with the idea that home building, whether it be a starter home or a forever home, requires the builder to be invested in the process and connected to the client for the project to be successful. We approach every project with the highest standards and our client's best interest at the forefront of every decision. The biggest factor that sets us apart from other builders is our personalized service - we spend countless hours on site with our vendors, we challenge the bidding process for pricing and product quality, we take the late night client phone calls and questions. Custom homes or remodel are a huge undertaking that brings with it an enormous level of responsibility and dedication that we don't take lightly - and neither should our clients.
We have extensive experience with all styles, sizes and budgets of new construction and custom homes. We have built on lots ranging from "skinny" city lots through large rural acreage lots and everything in between. While we are based in Stevensville we serve all of western Montana.
We work with our clients to meet deadlines based on realistic construction timelines they can rely on. We know communication is key - so we keep clients up to date on progress and schedule regular site visits with clients.
We offer a very transparent process not often found when building custom homes. Sharing cost details and operating on a fixed fee build structure allows us to have an "open book" and build financial trust with all our clients throughout the construction process.
